I look forward to meeting you and getting you to your hair goals! I require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to give enough time to fill that spot. Cancelling or rescheduling without notice will result in 100% of the service you are receiving. I do not offer any refunds on services and am happy to address anything that is not satisfactory if you call within 7 days of the original service. All services performed 7 days from your visit will be subject to charge. All gift certificates expire one year after purchase date
